thank you for your support of tori grace outfitters. order processing takes 3 business days, although it may take a little longer during high volume periods, such as sales. our studio and warehouse are open monday-sunday by appointment only. orders placed after 12pm ct on friday and over the weekend will be processed on monday, including expedited shipping orders. our studio and warehouse are closed on all major US holidays, so orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day. we accept visa, mastercard, discover and american express.
sales tax
illinois is an origin based state for sales tax purposes. since tori grace outfitters fulfillment warehouse is located in illinois, residents of illinois are subject to a cook county sales tax rate of 10.25% as a result of online purchases.

local chicago pickup is also available for free! select 'pick up' as your delivery method at checkout. when your order is ready you will be sent an email with details on pickup times at tori grace outfitters ravenswood studio located at 5112 n ravenswood ave, chicago, il 60640. pickup hours are on monday-sunday, by appointment only. please ring the doorbell to be let in.

international orders
we offer international shipping to canada, europe, australia, and new zealand. shipping, local taxes, and any applicable duties will be added to your order total at the time of checkout. shipping will be calculated on your order based on the products in your cart and the shipping destination. international orders are not eligible for free shipping on orders over $150; this is only available on domestic us orders at this time. transit times do not include order processing times, which are generally 1-3 business days, but may increase during sales promotions, etc.
