about tori grace outfitters

chicago has no shortage of souvenirs, but here at tori grace outfitters, i wanted to create something that felt more thoughtful.

hi, i'm heather, the founder of tori grace outfitters. instead of mass-produced designs, i focus on creating original pieces that reflect the city's character and are made to be enjoyed for years to come.

my business began with something completely different. when my daughter, tori, was a baby, i started making high-quality hair bows because i couldn't find any that didn't dent her little head.

as more people asked where they could buy them, what started as a small creative project gradually grew into a business.

that was almost 20 years ago now, and over time, that little business evolved into tori grace outfitters and a collection of original chicago-inspired apparel, accessories, home décor, and gifts. today, every design still begins here in chicago.

some products are handmade by me, while my fair trade collection is designed here and handcrafted by artisans in a fair trade co-op in mumbai, india.

quality, ethical production, sustainability, and respect for craftsmanship guide every decision because i believe how something is made matters just as much as how it looks.

people often tell me they appreciate the originality of the designs, the quality of the products, and knowing there's a real person behind the business.

whether you're celebrating home or remembering a visit, i hope you find something here you'll be proud to keep.
